Deep Pore Cleanser: Ingredient Glossary

Deep Pore Cleanser: Ingredient Glossary

In celebration of our all-new Australian Pink Clay Deep Pore Cleanser, we wanted to share a little more about the all-star ingredients that make this formula so special.

Our Australian Pink Clay range was actually our FIRST EVER, with the almighty clearing properties of rare Aussie Pink Clay defining our brand baby as a frontrunner in true blue beauty.

After two years in development and many, many iterations, our APC Deep Pore Cleanser is ready to make its way into your beauty shelves (and your heart). This beauty purifies skin deep-down, clearing congestion and keeping your pores looking tight. Like a mega magnet for toxins, the Deep Pore Cleanser draws impurities from the inside-out to balance oil production. Translation: breakouts will be packing their bags.

Without further ado, here are some of it’s hero skin-saving ingredients:

Australian Pink Clay

She’s the alpha of the list: your Beyoncé if you will. Pink Clay is both pretty and powerful, bringing mighty minerals to the bathroom basin. Silica is anti-inflammatory, collagen-boosting and cell-renewing, while magnesium tells skin to keep things fresh and youthful. Zinc is a natural skincare remedy that jumps in to treat impurities and reduce any traces of acne scarring. A minerals miracle, really.

Pink ClayOur hero ingredient, Australian Pink Clay, works on detoxifying skin, getting rid of toxins and refining pores.

Australian Finger Lime & Luffa Plant

Dull skin? Beat it with our blend of naturally-derived AHAs and physical exfoliants which are the arch nemesis to stale-looking skin. Rich in citric acid (our favourite natural AHA), Australian Finger Lime smooths, brightens and stimulates collagen production, while soft beads of Luffa Plant gently sweep away old skin cells.

Australian Finger Lime Natural source of AHAs that promotes collagen and improve the appearance of spots.

Witch Hazel

A natural astringent, Witch Hazel tightens pores, soothes irritation and reduces excess oil. Think of it as an all-natural toner, redness reducer and revver of radiance. Talk about casting a spell. We’re hooked.

A natural squalene derivative and source of essential fatty acids, lightweight Australian Virgin Macadamia Oil fights the good fight against premature ageing. It also excels in leaving your skin feeling soft, plump and juicy. So basically, everything we could ever ask for and more.
