Purpose of the Incentive
The purpose of this collaborative campaign between Sand & Sky and the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is to raise awareness and support the fight against breast cancer during Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October.
Through this campaign, we aim to engage our community, encourage donations to the NBCF, and provide education on breast cancer awareness and prevention. Additionally, we will facilitate a donation drive with the incentive of a prize
giveaway, thus mobilising our customers and community to contribute to this vital cause.

How will participants be entered into the draw to win?
All Sand & Sky Social Media followers who are Australian residents over the age of 18 years who make a donation of any amount to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NCBF) via the Sand & Sky fundraising page https://fundraise.nbcf.org.au/fundraisers/sandsky/glowing-hearts-giveaway between 10am Tuesday 3rd October 2023 and 11.59pm on Monday 30th October 2023 will be automatically entered into the draw to win the prizes outlined
below. Multiple donations from the same individual will be accepted and each donation will give you the opportunity for an entry into the draw to win.

How will the winners be drawn?
The winning entries will be drawn randomly on Thursday 2 November 2023. The location of the draw will be Level 7, 50 Margaret Street, Sydney 2000.

Location of participants
This Glowing Hearts Giveaway is only open to residents within Australia, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

Entry Submission
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure of any kind.
The Promoter will not accept entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(d) photocopies and not originals; or
(e) incomplete.

Prize
Each selected winner will be awarded a prize package (worth approximately AUD $220) that includes a full range of Sand & Sky's Australian Pink Clay skincare products, comprising four (4) items, as well as an exclusive limited edition
Sand & Sky x NBCF hoodie. The specific four (4) Australian Pink Clay products included in the prize package are as follows: Porefining Face Mask, Deep Pore Cleanser, Flash Perfection Exfoliator, Smoothing Body Sand.

The prizes for the winner are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Glowing Hearts Giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

How will the winners be notified?
A representative of Sand & Sky will notify the winner within two working days of the draw. An email will be sent followed by one call. The winner’s address/email must be confirmed before the prizes can be sent by courier. If the above prizes are not accepted or claimed by Wednesday 15th November 2023 at 5pm, the prize will be forfeited by the winner. A redraw will be conducted on Thursday 16 November 2023 at the same location as the original draw.

No Association
The Glowing Hearts Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter, Instagram or any other third parties and that these brands have no liability for any element of this giveaway. By submitting your information and creating an account on Instagram, you agree to Instagram’s Platforms terms of use and privacy notice.

Liability
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The National Breast Cancer Foundation
and Supernova AU Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this giveaway, the promotion
of this giveaway or the use of any prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The Promoters collect Glowing Hearts Giveaway and process participants’ personal information as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Details of the winner of the Glowing Hearts Giveaway will be provided to Supernova AU Pty
Limited for the purpose of this giveaway and administering the prizes.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions and the Glowing Hearts Giveaway are governed by the laws of New South Wales and under the exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales courts.
